  • How do I book a trip with Indian Nature Tours®?

    Booking your journey with Indian Nature Tours® is simple and hassle-free. To confirm your reservation, we require a deposit of 25% of the total tour cost at the time of booking. The balance payment is due 45 days before the start of your journey.
    We recommend booking early to secure your preferred dates, accommodations, and safari experiences.

  • How to cancel my booking in Indian Nature Tours®?

    All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Indian Nature Tours (INT). Refunds, where applicable, will be processed according to the schedule below:

    • 30 days or more before departure: Deposit amount will be retained.
    • 15–30 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost will be charged.
    • Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of the tour cost (no refund).

    Please note: Cancellation charges are calculated from the date we receive your written notice.
    We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel or holiday insurance at the time of booking to cover unforeseen circumstances.

  • what are the Limitation of Liability ?

    Indian Nature Tours® or INT make arrangements with suppliers who provide travel services such as Airlines, Hotels, transport, Rail services, sightseeing tours, and car rentals or any other activity included in the tour.

    Although we try to do our best to chose the most reputable suppliers we cannot be responsible for their acts and omissions. The travel services are subject to the conditions imposed by these suppliers and their liability may, in turn, be limited by their tariffs, conditions of carriage and international conventions and arrangements.

    Indian Nature Tours® or INT acts only in the capacity of agent for the client or for the supplier of the goods and services rendered and as such maintains no control over the personnel, equipment, operations or goods of the said supplier.

    Indian Nature Tours® or INT will not assume responsibility for any claims, losses, damages, cost or expenses arising out of personal injury, accidents or death, loss damages or delays of baggage or other property, or delay, inconvenience, loss of enjoyment, upset, disappointment, distress or frustration, whether physical or mental resulting from any of the following:

    1. The act of omission of any part other then Indian Nature Tours® or its employees;
    2. Sickness, theft, labor disputes, mechanical breakdown, quarantine, government actions, weather, or any other case beyond our direct control.
    3. Your failure to obtain the documentation required for your trip such as passports, visas and certificates.
    4. Your failure to follow instructions including but not limited to airport departure times, baggage handling and check-in and check-out times.
    5. Reasonable changes in the itinerary may be made where deemed advisable for the comfort and well-being of the passengers or as per circumstances.
    6. Cancellation or change for any reason in the travel services offered. We reserve the right to cancel or change the travel services at our discretion, but we will try to substitute comparable services. If we must completely cancel your reservations, Indian Nature Tours® or INT’s liability will be limited to a refund of all monies paid.

    We reserve the right to decline any passenger as a member of our tours at any time.

    On advancement of deposit to Indian Nature Tours® the depositor acknowledges that he/she had read and understands the above recited term and conditions and agrees to be bound by them.

  • What expenses are included ?

     the good news is that our tours are fully inclusive and cover the following ; accommodation, food and transport during your trip Indian airport departure tax-free levy surcharge and taxes at your destination , we think that you will agree that it represents excellent value for money. All you have to pay on tour are your personal expenses including your drinks, laundry , telephone calls, emails and shopping depending on the country you are touring. 

  • what is Best Time to Visit?

    October to May for general wildlife viewing, with March to June being particularly excellent for seeing tigers at waterholes as the weather heats up. 

     

  • What is the payment process for Indian Nature Tours®?

    At INT, we strive to make payments convenient for our guests. Our preferred method is wire transfer, which is safe and efficient for international travelers.
    However, we also accept major credit cards for your convenience. Please note that credit card payments may attract an additional processing fee as levied by the card provider or bank.
    Detailed payment instructions will be shared with you at the time of booking.

     

  • Do I need travel Insurance ?

    It is a condition of travelling with INT that you obtain comprehensive travel insurance that covers you for the duration of your trip . we would be happy to arrange insurance for you or you are welcome to shop around .

  • How early should I book ?

    We recommend that you book your trip 6 months or atleast 4 to 5 months prior to departure date to ensure a seat . As , INT runs excellent vale small group tours , we get booked out early most of the time .

  • How many people are in a small group ?

    At Indian Nature Tours® we specialize in small group travel . The maximum group size you can expect is 18 people. although its more likely that you will be travelling with 10 -15 people. All tours are fully escorted by our knowledgeable and helpful national escorts.

  • How physically fit I should be?

    Please be aware that walking , boarding , and disembarking coaches and boats and climbing stairs are required at many places . Tour generally involve gentle walking but you will be made aware in advance of any activities requiring physical exertion and you are under no obligation to participate.
