Depart from Delhi in the morning for a scenic drive (approximately 5–6 hours) to Corbett National Park, passing through the plains and gradually approaching the forested Himalayan foothills.
On arrival, check in at your wildlife lodge and take time to settle into the natural surroundings.
In the afternoon, proceed for your first jungle excursion into the park or its buffer zones. Corbett’s varied terrain of riverine belts, sal forests, and grasslands supports a wide range of wildlife.
Possible sightings include:
- Royal Bengal Tiger
- Asian Elephant
- Leopard
- Gharial and marsh crocodile
- Rich birdlife including hornbills, kingfishers, and raptors
Return to the Jungle lodge by evening.
Meals and overnight at the lodge.
